Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in his proceedings Ka.Elec.Oo.Mi.Mo./Eka/E/Ko.Elec./2005 dated 11.03.2005, and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to restore the name of T.M.Ramasamy Mudaliar as the consumer for service connection 895 and 896 in T.S.No.20 and 21 of Block-3, Ward No.B of Erode Town.
