Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that, the Petitioner is no more and that, the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner have made an Application to to the Authority concerned, seeking issuance of Legal Heir Certificate. Hence, on instructions, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, no further adjudication is required in this matter.
