10,000/- surrender and to execute sureties and pass such or further orders as this Honble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S D.AMALRAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25027 of 2021, dated 21.12.2021, for deposit the amount.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to poor financial backgroud, the petitioner could not able to deposit the amount within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner could not able to deposit the amount within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for depositing the amount is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
