ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal. "I humbly withdraw WP praying for liberty to approach the Hon'ble DRT-III, Chennai within two weeks."

2.Permission is granted and the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. No costs.
