Company Application No.96 of 2020 in Company Petition No.255 of 2014 M.SUNDAR.J., Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings dated 13.03.2020 and 07.08.2020.

2. Mr.S.Rajesh, learned counsel for applicant in the captioned application and Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, learned 'Deputy Official Liquidator' ('Deputy OL' for brevity) representing the 'Official Liquidator attached to this Court' ('OL' for the sake of brevity), who is the sole respondent in the captioned application are before this Court on a videoconferencing platform. 3.Adverting to earlier proceedings dated 13.03.2020, learned counsel submits that a better affidavit has since been filed and the same has been placed before me.

4. The reason for delay has been articulated in Paragraphs 5 and 6 of better affidavit. As Deputy OL representing the OL does not oppose this application, I am not extracting paragraphs 5 and 6 of better affidavit filed in support of instant application.
