The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.20200/2017/L4, dated 07.11.2017 pending before the seventh respondent and to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents 1 and 4 to implement the High Court Orders in W.P.No.22402 of 2011, dated 21.02.2012, Contempt Petition No.724 of 2013, dated 31.10.2013 and W.P.No.44173 of 2016, dated 02.01.2017. 2.This petition is today heard through Video Conferencing. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who was present along with her, placed her submissions before this Court.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has retired from service and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
4.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
