PRAYER IN WP.Nos.30483 to 34089 of 2017 and WP.Nos.34091 to 34094/2017 : PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the Tender Notification bearing Na.Ka.No.A4/7733/2017 dated 03.11.2017 of the third respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to fix the fair and justifiable upset price in respect of license to collect empty bottles and sale of eatables in the bar attached to the IMFL Shops run by the respondents herein and grant the license for Shop.No.8819,8825,8818,8826,8840,8809,8803,9085,8938,8811,8820,8 822 to run the said shop by paying the existing amount paid for previous year till the re fixation of upset price. Prayer in WP.No.

30490 of 2017: To call for the records relating to the tender notification bearing Na.Ka.No.331/2017/A6 dated 02.11.2017 of the 3rd respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to fix the fair and justifiable upset price in respect of license to collect empty bottles and sale of eatables in the bar attached to the IMFL shops run by the respondents herein and grant the license for the shop No.9085 to run the said shop by paying the existing amount paid for previous year till the re fixation of upset price.

Prayer in WP.No.30770 of 2017 & WP.No.30771 of 2017: Calling for the records relating to the Tender Notice of the respondent dated 6.11.2017 in RC?7733/A4/2017 and quash the same only in so far as it relates to the petitioner.
