ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.31380 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31380 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024, is releaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
