JUDGMENT

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.2309 of 2009 dated 19.12.2012.

2. When the matter was taken up, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted the report of compliance before this Court, which reveals that pursuant to the order of this Court in W.P.No.2309 of 2019, the Additional Chief Secretary/Commissioner of Urban Land Ceiling & Urban Land Tax has given necessary affirmative directions to the Respondent/Tahsildar in line with the order of this Court. In view of the same, as the order of this has been complied with, this contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
