This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 254 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order in W.P.No.26973 of 2017 dated 27.09.2023.

2.Mr.K.V.Shanmuganathan, learned counsel takes notice for first respondent.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 254 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel who entered appearance for the first respondent and number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
