ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent under Section 11 of Contempt of Court's Act 1971 for willful disobedience and disrespect to the orders of this Court dated 13.09.2022 made in W.P.No.27044 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 13.09.2022 made in W.P.No.27044 of 2016 has been complied with and in this regard, the respondent passed an order in proceedings dated 10.03.2023. Thus, no further adjudication is required.
