Respondents COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring the clause 5 (b); 17(f) and 58(b) of the prospectus 2015-2016 session Government Medical Colleges in respect of All India quota PG candidates who have completed their PG degree in Tamil Nadu Government Colleges in arbitrary and unconstitutional and violation of Article 14 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioners application for the super specialty course.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, through Video Conferencing Mode, made a submission that the prayer sought for in these Writ Petitions have become infructuous.
