ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.12.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341,294(b), 324, 336, 427,307, 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.1201 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that, the defacto complainant's wife was in illicit relationship with the petitioner, due to which there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. Thereafter, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with a knife and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the Law Enforcing Agency registered a case against the petitioner.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submit that the petitioner is in Judicial Custody from 25.12.2021 onwards. Hence, he has prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent raised objection stating that that the petitioner is a History Sheeter in H.S.No.01 of 2017 and further the petitioner is having the following previous cases.
1.Crime No.527 of 2017 -Under Secs. 341,294(b),323,506(ii) IPC 2.Crime No.697 of 2017-Under Secs. 294(b),384,506(i)IPC 3.Crime No.708 of 2017- Under Secs. 341,294(b),323,397,336,506(ii) IPC 4.Crime No.1139 of 2020- Under Secs.8(1),20(b)(ii)(B),29(i) NDPS Act 5.Crime No.477 of 2016- Under Secs.397 IPC 6.Crime No.590 of 2016-Under Secs.341, 294(b),323,392,336,397,506(ii) IPC 7.Crime No.1180 of 2017-Under Secs.20(b)(ii)(B),8(C)NDPS ACT 5.Considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court came to the conclusion that if these type of persons are released on bail, he may try to commit further offences and therefore, this Court not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
