ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.31221 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31221 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice a month i.e., first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 07.02.2025 ata Page No.2 of 3
