This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to furnish the copy of the appointment order of Rajasree as Anganvadi worker, Nachiarpettai Center, and the Government Orders relating to the appointment of Anganwadi workers to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.It appears that the petitioner sought for a information from the respondents, which was not provided on the ground that the same is not in public interest. The aforesaid order is appealable one, before the Appellate Forum.

4. Accordingly, I am not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge such order by filing appropriate appeal, before the Appellate Forum. No costs.
