The learned counsel for the petitioner states that an opportunity is granted to work out the remedy, if any exist. The writ petitioner company had already closed long back. Under these circumstances, no meaningful purpose would be served in the event of adjudicating the ground raised in the present writ petition. Further, if any grievance exist to the writ petitioner, it is left open to them to redress their grievances in the manner known to law.

2. With these observations, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
