ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction pension from 01.01.1988 to 05.01.2000 to the petitioner and to pay family pension to the petitioner from 06.01.2000 and to make payments to the petitioner within a time limit.
2. As a matter of fact during the pendency of the present writ petition, the first wife of Mr.Anwar (deceased) passed away and the petitioner i.e., the 2nd wife of late Mr.Anwar has filed representation dated 20.12.2022 before the second respondent.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the representation dated 20.12.2022 would be considered and orders shall be passed in accordance with law.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner also agreed to the above course of action.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, it is open to the petitioner to file an additional representation, if any, setting out their entitlement within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is submitted by the petitioner, the respondents shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2022 and also the additional representation and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
