O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.23166 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024 that the petitioner shall appear daily before the Judicial Magistrate concerned on all working days at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear daily before the Judicial Magistrate concerned on all working days at 10.00 a.m. until 2/4
