Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the third respondent bearing D.O.Lr.No.CORP/P&A/WR/808/2001 dated 16.02.2004 and quash the same and for a consequential direction directing the respondents to continue to pay the salary as fixed by the order dated 02.03.1996. This Writ Petition has been filed calling for the records on the file of the third respondent bearing D.O.Lr.No.CORP/P&A/WR/808/2001 dated 16.02.2004 and quash the same and for a consequential direction to direct the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to continue to pay the salary as fixed by the order dated 02.03.1996.
