Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to issue suitable amendment / corrigendum to the notification dated 15.12.2013 for direct recruitment of Assistant Professor, Legal Studies Department by identifying subject wise vacancy for the post of Assistant Professor and by entertaining the applications of those candidates who have Master's Degree with specialization in particular subjects alone and consequently to complete entire recruitment process within the stipulated time that may be stipulated by this Court by following the mandatory guidelines issued by the UGC.
