For Petitioner : Mr.R.Ravi (in both W.Ps) For Respondent : R1 - Labour Court (in both W.Ps) R2 - Mr.K.Elango (in both W.Ps) C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that on account of efflux of time, he is unable to trace about the whereabouts of the Proprietor of the writ petitioner Hotel and he has not contacted him for several years.
2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner has taken efforts to find out the whereabouts of the Proprietor of the writ petitioner hotel, and in spite of that, he is unable to secure informations regarding the Proprietor's residence or any other business place. Under these circumstances, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is unable to get along with the cases and report no instructions.
3. In view of the fact that the learned counsel for the writ petitioner has made a submission that he has unable to get any further instructions to get along with the case, both the writ petitions stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
