This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for speedy disposal of O.S.No.147 of 2025 on the file of II Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that due to pendency of the suit, the respondents/tenants colluding with other tenants causing all sort of troubles to the petitioner with an intention to illegally take away the petitioner's property and also they are illegally occupying the premises without paying any rent. Hence, he prays to allow this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, II Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, is directed to complete trial in O.S.No.147 of 2025 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
