ORDER

This revision has been filed, challenging the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.6137 of 2017 in C.C.No.41 of 2012, by which, the bail granted was cancelled and non-bailable warrant was issued for non-compliance of the order passed earlier qua the passport.

2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor would fairly submit that the petitioner may be directed to surrender before the Trial Court.

3.Considering the submission made, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court and file an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application for recalling the non-bailable warrant. On such application being filed, the learned Judge shall take it up and decide the same on the same day.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Revision Case stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
