ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Jurisdictional Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21634 of 2024 dated 10.09.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21634 of 2024 on 10.09.2024 is totally relaxed.
