ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the Impugned Order in Letter No.38353/A1/2011-4, dated 14.01.12 quash the same and to direct the respondents to confer selection grade and special grade to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the registered letter addressed to the petitioner was returned with postal endorsement that the petitioner is no more. He further submitted that inspite of the best efforts, he is not in a position to reach out the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner and he is also not able to file an appropriate application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

3. In the light of the above, this Writ petition is closed as abated, by duly granting liberty to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to file an appropriate applications, in case, if they are interested to pursue the writ Page No.2 of 4

petition, any further. No costs.
