O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the second respondent in memo No.6760/SA20/NRI/2007-08 dated 24.03.2008 and quash the same and direct the second respondent to grant sufficient time for production of the originals of the Certificates from the sponsor to enable the petitioner to obtain the Provisional Eligibility Certificate for approval of the petitioner's admission in the B.E., Computer Science Engineering Course 2007-2008 in the third respondent college under the NRI Category.

2.Now the petitioner would have completed his course and obtained the degree certificate. Therefore, this Court finds that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the writ petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If at all the petitioner has any grievance he is at liberty to reopen the same. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
