This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 179 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 179 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to interest for the delay period i.e., for 179 days, in the appeal.

Post the matter after four weeks.
