ORDER

The petitioner seeks to call for the entire records pertaining to the proceedings in S.C.No.277 of 2011 on the file of the XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. Further, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
