This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition of depositing Rs.10,000/- to the credit of the District Revenue Officer, Vellore District as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26786 of 2023 vide order dated 27.11.2023 in crime No.147 of 2023 on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time to comply the condition is extended till 15.03.2024. No further time will be granted.
