PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 1st Respondent not to harass the Petitioners till 1st respondent, taking steps to recover money

from 2nd and 4th respondents and to hand over recovered money to 5th to 26th respondents based on FIR No.329 of 2018 dated 30.07.2018.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st Respondent not to harass the petitioners, till 1st respondent takes steps to recover money from 2nd and 4th respondents and hands over the recovered money to 5th to 26th respondents based on FIR No.329 of 2018 dated 30.07.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the FIR No.329 of 2018 has been registered on 30.07.2018, as against the 2nd respondent namely Mr.Ravikumar. Now, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioners. The first respondent did not take any steps to recover the money from 2nd to 4th respondents and hand over the recovered money to the 5th to 26th respondents based on the FIR registered by the first respondent.

4. This Court cannot consider this kind of a prayer. Materials placed also reveals the fact that the petitioners also have to be enquired by the first respondent. Therefore, this Court directs the petitioner to co-operate with the investigation to be conducted by the first respondent.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
