3. C.M.P.No.1830 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant and rank them as appellants 3 & 4 in S.A.No.1012 of 2006.

4. The petitions are ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the Second Appeal for hearing on 28.02.2023.
