O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by father of the detenu, Senthil @ Sivakumar for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his son Senthil, aged about 37 years was taken away by the police for enquiry on 20.12.2014 and thereafter, he did not return.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instruction, submits that on 29.10.2014, the First Additional Sessions Judge has issued a warrant in S.C.No.344 of 2014 in connection with the case in Crime No.5066 of 2012 on the file of the J3 Guindy Police Station for the offences under Sections 302 and 392 IPC.

4. In the light of the above, we find that find that it is not a case of illegal detention and the detenu is hiding somewhere and this Habeas Corpus Petition is filed to avoid the arrest of the detenu. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
