This Petition has been filed seeking transfer of the 1/4

HMOP.No.146/2022 pending on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of the learned IV Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2. When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Respondent/Husband also present in Court and submitted that the Respondent/Husband is residing at Mambakkam, Chennai. The Petitioner/Wife is residing at Ambattur. Therefore, instead of Family Court, Chennai, the case may be transferred to the file of the learned Sub Judge, Tambaram.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner/Wife, the suggestion offered by the learned Counsel for the Respondent is found acceptable. Instead of transferring it to the file of the Family Court at Chennai, it is better for both parties to agitate their rights before the learned Sub Judge, Tambaram.

4. In the result, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The HMOP.No.146/2022 on the file of the learned Principal 2/4

Sub Judge, Chengalpattu is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the learned Sub Judge, Tambaram.

On receipt of records by the learned Sub Judge, Tambaram, the learned Sub Judge, Tambaram is directed to issue notice to both parties. Both parties are directed to appear before the Court concerned.
