This application has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 2 and 3 as a legal representatives of the deceased first defendant.

It is pointed out that the applicant herein and the deceased first defendant were wife and husband. The proposed respondents are their daughters. There being no dispute regarding the relationship, this application is allowed.
