This writ petition is heard through Video Conference on account of COVID-19 pandemic situation.
2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus seeking a direction to the respondent to sanction educational loan to the petitioner for B.E. Course commencing from the academic year 2012-2013.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
