O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 22.01.2022.

2.The case of the writ petitioner is that he has made a representation to the first respondent on 22.01.2022, to reconsider the reversion order passed by the respondent corporation. But, the said representation is pending and no order has been passed till date. Hence the writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, it would suffice if a direction is passed to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2022, within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court. 4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent accede to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and submitted that if any such representation was received by the first respondent, the same will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the submission made by the parties, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2022, and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
