Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent in and by his proceeding Na.Ka.No.2866/08/A4 dated 01.09.2008 and quash the same and the order passed by the 3rd Respondent dated 28.10.2008 and consequently direct the 5th Respondent to pay the profession tax of its employees to the Petitioner village Panchayat.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
