This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 05.08.2014, investigate the matter and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 05.08.2014 given by the petitioner, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ulundurpet, conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 26.02.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
