PRAYER : Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the Regional Manager, Tamil Nadu Forest Plantation Corporation Limited, Pudukkottai the second respondent therein made in Lr.No.229/93/E1 dated 05.05.1993 communicated by the second respondent on 11.07.2000 vide proceedings in Ref.No.6113/99/E quash the same and direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner herein as Forest Guard with all consequential attendant service and monetary benefits, continuity of service and disburse all the arrears within a short date that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the third respondent in Lr.No.229/93/E1 dated 05.05.1993 communicated by the second respondent on 11.07.2000 vide proceedings in Ref.No.6113/99/E, quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Forest Guard with all consequential attendant service and monetary benefits, continuity of service and disburse all the arrears within a short date.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that on inquiry, the third respondent found that the petitioner died and the writ petition may be dismissed as abated. He has also produced a copy of the letter for the same.

3. The petitioner has no instructions on this regard.
