ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 298 days in filing an appeal against the judgment passed in MC.No.34 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Krishnagiri dated 20.12.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforementioned delay of 298 days is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) directly to the respondents on or before 25.07.2025, failing which the present petition shall automatically stand cancelled.
