This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29734 of 2025, dated 28.11.2024, that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, B1 North Beach Police Station, Chennai, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29734 of 2025, dated 28.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 18.02.2025 stn To The Inspector Of Police, Villupuram AWPS, Chennai.
