The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the order of the 1st respondent dated 21.07.2004 in respect of fixation of salary and reduction.
2. The writ petition was filed in the year 2005 by the Kovai District Cooperative Employees Union and in respect of the 2nd writ petitioner, the writ petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn in order dated 17.06.2015.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that all the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Banks now called as Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society in Pollachi Circle, Coimbatore District have fixed their pay as per G.O.Ms.No.189 and 81, Cooperation Food and Consumer Protection Department dated 17.11.2009 and 28.02.2014, in which the orders were issued for new pay revision of employees of Primary Agricultural Cooperative and Credit Societies.
4. In view of the revision of pay anomaly set out in the present writ petition were rectified and the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition became vanished.
5. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition and the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
