Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the Petitioners with regard to the execution of bail bond and surities in the order dated 12.01.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.821 of 2022 and render Justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.SUBBURAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN,Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the condition in paragraph No.6 , in the order dated 12.01.2022 made in Crl.OP.No.821 of 2022 instead of cheyyar, they need Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvannamalai.
2. Heard.
3. The condition in paragraph No.6 in Crl.O.P.No.821 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 shall be modified as follows.
" 6.. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen (15) days after lifting of lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvannamalai, on condition that the petitioners shall execute separate bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further condition that.''
