This petition is filed to condone the delay of 125 days in filing the above second appeal against the judgment and decree dated 18.04.2022 made in A.S.No.2 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Court, Salem confirming the judgment and decree dated 05.09.2013 made in O.S.No.501 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Salem.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to number the S.A.SR.No.136508 of 2022, if the papers are in order.
