ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.A.R.Pragash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for the first to third respondents.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader for the first to third respondents, on instructions, submits that Survey No.396/1 is a water body and Survey No.396/4 is a ryotwari land. However, inspection of the said lands would be conducted and depending upon the report of the inspection, further steps in accordance with law would be undertaken.

3. In view of the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
