Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or order, or direction in the nature of writ, directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioners' complaint dated 06.08.2015 pending on the file of the second respondent as per Section 87(A) of the Tamil Nadu Registration Act, 1908, within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioners' complaint dated 06.08.2015 pending on the file of the second respondent as per Section 87(A) of the Tamil Nadu Registration Act, 1908, within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice them is not necessary and this Writ Petition is disposed of, based on the available materials.

3. The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners are the owners of the property and without any rights, the respondents 4 and 5 created fraudulent documents for the sale of the petitioners' property. For which the petitioners made a complaint before the second respondent on 06.08.2015. However, till date, the second respondent has not taken any steps regarding the petitioners' complaint and no enquiry was conducted. Hence, the petitioners have filed the present writ petition.

4.Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' complaint dated 06.08.2015 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader has no objection for said order being passed.

6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to enquire the petitioners' complaint dated 06.08.2015, after hearing the respondents 4 and 5, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
