This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18323 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27941 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.27941 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Page No.2 of 4

Crl.M.P.No.18323 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27941 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024 is relaxed.
