This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in implementing the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.21834 of2015 dated 24.07.2015.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order passed in W.P.No.21834 of2015 dated 24.07.2015, has already been complied with and hence, no further adjudication is required.
