Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent and to quash the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent is the appeal filed by the petitioner in G.O.Ms.(P) No.440 Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department dated 13.09.2011 confirming the order of 3rd respondent District Collector Ariyalur in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.2740/2009/A3, dated 30.10.2010 which is culminated into Gazette Notification bearing No.VI (2) 506 (a-1)/2010, Page No.1, dated 01.11.2010 and quash the same and direct the District Collector to hand over the charge of the vice president of Panchayat to the petitioner at once and grants such other relief as deems fit to this Court under the circumstances of the case.
