ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to receive the petitioner's application and provide low tension service connection to the portion in occupation of the petitioner in premises bearing Old Door No.197, New Door No.282, R.K. Mutt Road, (Block No.92) Raja Annamalaipuram, Chennai - 600 028 as a lawful occupier of the premises in question.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
